Nasty Alarm – Delete Your Account and Data

DRAFT. Fill in the [SQUARE BRACKETS]. This page must be published at a public URL (a public Google Doc, Google Sites, or GitHub Pages page all work) and entered in Play Console > App content > Data deletion. It must name the app and the developer exactly as they appear on Google Play.

App: Nasty Alarm (com.nastyalarm.app) – Developer: Ashka Po

You can delete your Nasty Alarm account and its associated data at any time, either in the app or by email. You do not need to reinstall the app to make a request.

Option 1 – Delete in the app

  1. Open Nasty Alarm.
  2. Go to [Settings > Account > Delete account – CONFIRM exact path].
  3. Tap [Delete account] and confirm.

[CONFIRM: this in-app flow must exist before launch. Google Play requires an in-app deletion path for apps that let users create accounts. If it does not exist yet, build it, e.g. call Firebase user.delete() and remove the user's Firestore documents with a Cloud Function.]

Option 2 – Request deletion by email (for example, if you no longer have the app)

Email support@nastyalarm.com with the subject "Delete my Nasty Alarm account", sent from the Google account email address you used to sign in. We may ask you to confirm that you own the account. We will complete your request within [30] days and confirm by email.
